Preheat oven to 180°. Spread asparagus on baking sheet in a single layer; season with olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper. Roast until asparagus is tender, 10-12 minutes. Set aside. Chop oranges, grated ginger, olive oil & lemon juice; mix well in a bowl. Arrange lettuce on individual plates or platter; top with asparagus. Mix dressing again; pours over salad. Garnish with almonds.
