Cut peppers into julienne size, keep it aside. Take a pan put little olive oil. Heat the oil, put chopped garlic, as it turns into golden brown, put peppers, mushrooms, sauté for a while. Add spinach & seasonings. Cook for a while, so that all the water should be evaporated. Take bread toast it. Put the spread on the bread and cover with other slice and serve hot.
